Many people are familiar with the Smith & Wesson name for the guns that they have been manufacturing since the 1800's.  However, guns are not the only weapons that S&W produce.  Smith Wesson pocket knives are also popular with knife enthusiasts.  One of the more popular product lines of knives that Smith and Wesson offers is the M&P (military and police) assisted opening style.  These Smith Wesson pocket knives are spring assisted and the blade flips open quickly with the flip of the finger.

These Smith & Wesson pocket knives offer good quality, functional designs that are also reasonably priced.  Most of the blades are made from a decent grade of surgical stainless steel.  There are more expensive knives out there with more exotic knife blade materials, but Smith Wesson pocket knives offer a good overall combination of quality/function/value.
