When Did Evil Knievel Die?

Evel Knievel was a legendary stuntman who defied death over and over again. In spite of numerous crashes and injuries, he was determined to come back and perform over and over again.

When asked whether he was afraid during his stunts, Evil Knievel said that he was scared. However, he felt very strongly that he needed to be a man of his word. If he told people that he was going to perform a stunt, then he was determined to follow through even when he knew that things were likely to go wrong. Take for example the famous Snake River jump attempt in his rocket powered machine. Evel Knievel knew full well that the practice jumps failed, but because he told fans that he would make the jump, then he followed through. Not surprisingly, it was a failed attempt. He could have been killed had he landed in the river below, but he defied death yet another time to go on as the legendary Evel Knievel. When did Evil Knievel die? He died on November 30th, 2007, after a long struggle with diabetes, idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, and other health problems. Evel Knievel will be remembered as a legendary stuntmen!
